Our custom home design process begins with an in-depth conversation about your priorities for your new home, the design styles that appeal to you, and how you see your family living in your new home.
We walk your building site with you to discuss the best location for your house and how best to capture the features of the land. Then we create a design that best serves your family's needs while incorporating the best characteristics of your property, working together with you to ensure our design represents the vision you have for your new home.
Once you are satisfied with the design, we develop a detailed plan set that includes all necessary drawings for permitting and construction, interior elevations and details, material specifications, and any unique design features. Throughout the building process, we'll be on hand to monitor progress and discuss opportunities and challenges that may arise during construction.
