This ranch-style family home, located in Greensboro’s Hamilton Lakes neighborhood, had mid-century modern details but was in need of updates. The third-generation owners embarked on a significant expansion and renovation to provide space for their family. On the exterior, a new front portico and new windows give the home a Craftsman feel, while a new 2-story addition encloses the backyard pool. On the inside, our design opened the living spaces for better flow and combined two bedrooms to create a spacious primary suite.
