Our design for a playroom addition to this home in Colfax provided a much-needed second living space. Vaulted ceilings, ample windows, and sliding French doors make the new room a favorite family gathering spot. A priority for this client was to ensure complete wheelchair accessibility throughout the new addition, which included the ramp to the new level exterior entrance, the wide doorways, generous mudroom, and spacious powder room.
